How to Connect Namecheap Domain Email to Gmail (Free Forwarding to Multiple Inboxes)

Step 1: Log in to Namecheap
  1. Visit namecheap.com → Sign In
  2. Go to Dashboard → Domain List
  3. Click Manage next to YourDomain.com
Step 2: Turn On Namecheap’s Free Email Forwarding
  1. Left menu → Advanced DNS
  2. Click Mail Settings tab
  3. From dropdown → Select Email Forwarding
  4. Click Save Changes
    This adds 5 MX records: eforward1–5.registrar-servers.com
Step 3: Link admin@YourDomain.com to Gmail (and More!)
  1. Scroll to Redirect Email section
  2. Click + Add Forwarder
  3. Fill:

Step 4: Test It Like a Pro
  1. Open incognito tab → gmail.com
  2. Use a different email (not Youremail@gmail.com)
  3. Send test:
    • To: admin@YourDomain.com
    • Subject: GMAIL LINK TEST
  4. Refresh all linked Gmail inboxes
    → Same mail appears in every inbox within 15 seconds!
Step 5: Add SPF Record (Stop Spam Folder)
  1. In Advanced DNS → Host Records
  2. + Add New Record → Type: TXT
  3. Enter:
