- Go to Dashboard → Domain List
- Click Manage next to YourDomain.com
Step 2: Turn On Namecheap’s Free Email Forwarding
- Left menu → Advanced DNS
- Click Mail Settings tab
- From dropdown → Select Email Forwarding
- Click Save Changes This adds 5 MX records: eforward1–5.registrar-servers.com
Step 3: Link admin@YourDomain.com to Gmail (and More!)
- Scroll to Redirect Email section
- Click + Add Forwarder
- Fill:

- Send test:

- Refresh all linked Gmail inboxes

Step 5: Add SPF Record (Stop Spam Folder)
- In Advanced DNS → Host Records
- + Add New Record → Type: TXT
- Enter:
