How to Connect Namecheap Domain Email to Gmail (Free Forwarding to Multiple Inboxes)

Step 1: Log in to Namecheap
  1. Visit namecheap.comSign In
  2. Go to DashboardDomain List
  3. Click Manage next to YourDomain.com

Step 2: Turn On Namecheap’s Free Email Forwarding
  1. Left menu → Advanced DNS
  2. Click Mail Settings tab
  3. From dropdown → Select Email Forwarding
  4. Click Save Changes
    This adds 5 MX records: eforward1–5.registrar-servers.com

Step 3: Link admin@YourDomain.com to Gmail (and More!)
  1. Scroll to Redirect Email section
  2. Click + Add Forwarder
  3. Fill:

Step 5: Add SPF Record (Stop Spam Folder)
  1. In Advanced DNSHost Records
  2. + Add New Record → Type: TXT
